Shipping rates

- Untracked letters are available for orders up to €25.00.
- Orders above €150.00 ship as insured parcel only.
- Letters hold at most 40 cards; larger orders ship as parcel.
- Cards ship in sleeves and toploaders, between stiff cardboard. We ship within [2] working days of payment.
Lost letters
Untracked letters cannot be traced. If you choose an untracked letter, [you bear the risk of loss once we hand the letter to the postal service / we refund lost letters after 21 days]. For valuable cards choose tracked or insured shipping.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the cards without giving a reason. Tell us via the contact form or by email to [email], then send the cards back in the condition you received them, within 14 days. We refund the price of the returned cards and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving them. You pay the cost of returning the cards.
We inspect returned cards. If a card is damaged or its condition has changed, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
